We guarantee that we will never contract deeper then two levels - that means either we will be directly doing the work or require that whoever we hire does the work themselves without sending it further down the line. Each time your work gets sub contracted to a second, third or fourth party, you can almost bet that you are also losing one level of service with each new subcontractor. We make sure that the FULL compliment of HUD services are perfomed on every job requested when we are the prime contractor.
